Read these before using Properoute for the named property transaction in your invitation.
Invited Prototype Licence
By accessing or using Properoute after receiving an invitation, the named invitee accepts these terms.
Invitation and purpose
Use Value Ltd grants the named invitee a personal, revocable, non-transferable, no-fee licence to use the Properoute invited prototype for the named property transaction during the stated test period. Properoute is an information-organisation and seller-readiness tool tested on real property transactions. It may change, be unavailable, contain errors or be withdrawn.
No professional reliance
Properoute does not provide legal, tax, probate, valuation, surveying, insurance, mortgage or lending advice. It does not check title, verify documents, decide whether a property is saleable or mortgageable, or replace an estate agent, auctioneer, conveyancer or solicitor. You remain responsible for checking your answers and taking appropriate professional advice.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may complete and update the record for the named property, download or print your own output, share it with co-owners, executors, an agent, auctioneer or appointed professional, and provide feedback. You must not reuse the prototype for another property, copy the blank form or wording for another product, share access outside the transaction, remove notices, reverse engineer the service, or represent that Properoute is approved, complete, insured, or ready for professional reliance.
Feedback, ending access and liability
Use Value Ltd may use feedback to test, improve and develop Properoute, but will not publish a name, company name, review or quotation without separate permission. The prototype is supplied as available. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by England and Wales law, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction.
Privacy and feedback
Your answers are stored only in this browser on this device unless you choose to download, print or prepare an email. Do not enter identity documents, bank details, passwords or unnecessary personal information.
Use Value Ltd is responsible for the Properoute invited prototype. The form is designed to keep answers in local browser storage, not a Properoute account. If you contact us, we may process your name, contact details, feedback, error report, screenshots and correspondence. The website host may process technical connection and security information.
We process this information to run and secure the prototype, identify defects and usability issues, respond to feedback and plan the next version. Feedback and contact correspondence are normally kept for 12 months after the test closes, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim, regulatory requirement or consented testimonial. A completed record is not sent to Use Value Ltd unless you choose to attach or forward it.
We do not sell tester data or use completed form answers for advertising. We will ask separately before publishing a named review or quotation. Contact: invite@properoute.co.uk.
Tester pack
Use Properoute for the real transaction named in your invitation. Allow 15–20 minutes. Do not enter ID, bank details, passwords, actual client files or sensitive personal information.
- Complete Start here and Property using settled facts; use “not known yet” where appropriate.
- Where relevant, use the leasehold and estate/probate routes.
- Add known matters in Early risk detail and assess whether preparation and professional review are clear.
- Complete review and handover; try the prepared email and print/PDF function.
- Reply with your role, clear parts, unclear parts, missing options, gauge/review-count feedback and any safe screenshot.
You control whether to share the completed record with your agent, auctioneer or solicitor. Do not send a completed record, ID documents, bank details or confidential material to Use Value Ltd unless requested and safe to share.
